Leading Change in Organizations

Your answer to the first three questions was highly detailed and exciting to read. It was also interesting to learn more about your life through the prism of discussing the topic of multitasking. You have also described many situations that well illustrate the principle of multitasking and its role in the life of a modern person. However, the answer to the questions of the second part of the discussion was not so deep and rather briefly reveals the points given in the essay. Nevertheless, I think that your post perfectly addresses the topic of discussion.

It was a real pleasure to read your answer as it is well structured and appeals to the reader. In my opinion, your post perfectly conveys the organized nature that you have both in work and everyday life. I would also like to note that you are very conscious about observing your activities, which is a positive trait. The answer to the last two questions of the discussion was quite complete, albeit short. However, you indicated the points that the author gave and added your own, which corresponds to the questions.

Your answer was extremely thorough as it illustrates your point well with examples. However, I would like to say that I think situations with volunteers who raise money or spend time with people in need are not the best examples of generosity. In my opinion, these examples serve rather as an illustration of the kindness and compassion of people. Moreover, which generosity can be considered extreme and which is moderate is hard to define. In general, I was very pleased to read your post, as it speaks to the reader and evokes warm feelings.

Your post accurately answers the questions of the discussion. Moreover, the story about your friend and coworker makes me believe in the existence of truly kind and selfless people. This is a great example of generosity in the modern world, when a person thinks about the well-being of other people without an external reason for this, simply from internal motives. I would also like to note that in the post, you consider time as an equally important resource that people spend on others, which also characterizes them as generous. I think this observation adds value to your post and makes it deeper.
