Nazis Prosecution for the World War II Crimes

The violence introduced to the world by Nazi Germany deserves a transformation of the war crime notion. This is the only privilege the participants of “a lawless nation’s criminalistic conspiracies and programs” deserve (Glueck, 1994). The idea of justice dictates us that obedience to the order of a State or military superior is no defense (Glueck, 1994). My Administration is committed to the goal of restoring justice. To do so, we must put the enemy war criminals under prosecution of their war crimes outside their own courts.
