Political Quiz: Assessment of Quiz Results

The current paper aims to present and discuss the obtained political quiz results in terms of matching with real life. The test reveals how a person’s political beliefs are connected to parties and candidates the individual used to support. The quiz indicates an attitude towards several topics, including the following: criminal and social issues, current events, education, domestic and foreign policies, electoral and healthcare questions, national security, immigration, science, environmental, economic, and transportation issues.

Politics does not play a significant role in my life; however, I still have personal opinions on important political questions and events. In real life, I used to support the Democratic party, as its statements are similar to mine. I belong to the left-wing and shared values of multiculturalism, democracy, political correctness, and collectivism. The top five parties that are similar to my beliefs, according to the test, include the following: Women’s Equality, Transhumanist, Socialist, Green, and Democratic (ISideWith, 2020). Women’s Equality Party is the closest to my values, as stated in the quiz’s results. It is especially interesting because I share the importance of the secular state, environmental issues, and progress. Moreover, the test determined a state with which my political preferences are the most similar: the state of Maine. Thus, the results do not differ significantly from my actual beliefs and the party I vote for.

In conclusion, it should be stated that the current paper aimed to provide an overview of the political quiz results and discuss them. My political preferences and choices of parties are mostly similar to what the test revealed: support of the left-wing, democratic, and liberal views. Besides, some interesting details were learned from the quiz: similarity of my beliefs with Women’s Equality Party and the state of Maine.
