Facilitator

The facilitator has a role of easing various processes through managing, planning, and guiding employees in events that lead to achievement of organizational objectives. The facilitator also ensures that there is full participation of all employees in implementation process of the strategic plan. Facilitator forms a committee, which is directly involved in strategy implementation. The facilitator also applies the “group process” for management of discussion in meetings. He or she also provides relevant information to committee members for the purpose of decision making. Therefore, facilitator takes fundamental role in that team and provides a proper condition thus fostering growth the company. This facilitates decision making to enable an exemplary flow of service delivery process to customers.

Facilitating the ordering process

According to Young dahl and Loomba, ordering process is one of the critical functions in an organization that enables acquisition of finished or semi-finished goods (329). The facilitator chooses vendors and takes the role of coordinating them with the organization in order to facilitate acquisition goods. This process involves following up after placing an order with different suppliers.

Facilitating service delivery: The facilitator seeks to establish reliable administrative and technological platforms that enable delivery of services to customers. Kumar explain that it also involves facilitating implementation of strategies that focus on service delivery. The facilitator also communicates to employees about the policies in order to improve customer services (18). Therefore, the facilitator takes a substantial role in ensuring that customer services are improved thus achieving organizational goals.

Socializer

The role of a socializer is designing strategies in a way that promotes the socialization of employees and customers. According to Kumar, socialization focuses on behaviors and relationships of both customers and employees (18). It also involves regulating customer accessibility to certain areas in the organization. This is in order to monitor the process of socialization between customers and employees. It is also for security purposes in order to avoid making the organization venerable due to interaction of employees and customers.

The role also involves providing air conditioners and comfortable seats for the customers. This is as an effort to make customers feel comfortable while being served in the organization. The socializer ensures that there is availability of ample floor space to facilitate movement while customers interact with employees. The other substantial initiative in this role is to encourage a casual interaction between the employees and customers (18).

Differentiator

This involves setting layouts in the organization that differentiates the organization from competitors. It also entails the effort to make the organization unique in the industry. For instance, the organization can use dominance of a certain color for identification among other organization operating in the same industry. Other organizations like hotels that serve their customer while playing a smooth classical music at the background. Redesign of their service helps customer to identify the organization from others. It also helps Companies in repositioning of their services and products for the purpose of identifying new customers.
