The researcher analyzed the general importance of workplace communication skills from the perspective of employers and managers. Therefore, the main purpose of the study to contribute to the closing-the-gap between employers and instructors in regard to business communication. The findings suggest that employers understand communication skills as an ability to support the conversation, transfer ideas, and ensure precision. In addition, they understand written communication as documents, oral communication as interaction, visual communication as data visualization, and electronic communication as email. The argument is that by understanding employer’s perspectives on their understanding of communication skills, instructors and faculty members will be more competent in preparing students with these critical abilities. The conclusion is that education programs should focus on the identified modes of communication. The resource’s greatest strength is its approach to accurate categorization of illogical responses among employers, which can help to establish the key factors of the project. The main weakness is the lack of a larger sample size, which can create a biased response depending on the industry. The resource will help the project to understand the employers’ perspective on organizational culture communication. The relevance is manifested in the organizational culture being varyingly dependent on communication modes.
