The purpose of this paper is to review and analyze the article “Home Based Nurse-Coached Inspiration Muscle Training Intervention In Heart Failure”. The article presents relevant information that can help inform the general nursing practice in clinical care. Regardless of the relevance of the information presented in the article, the arrangements of certain research elements within the paper are of great importance. The presentation of information determines how well the readers comprehend the research material as well as the usefulness of the study (Kasi, 2009). The general outline of the article presents the vital elements of a research paper, which makes it an easy to read material. Consequently, the presentation of information within various segments of the research is done in a systematic and precise manner. The relevance of the material to the nursing profession depend on both the presentation of the findings and the arrangement of the various segments of the research. In general, the material is of great contribution to the evidence-based practice of nursing (Padula, Yeaw, & Mistry, 2006). The authors used extensive research to support the claim of the article, thus improving the credibility of the material. Consequently, all the reviewed materials for this article are relevant to the study, which further improves the credibility of the material. The authors have also made use of recent research material to support their claims. The use of recent materials ensures that the conclusion and the finding of the study are relevant to the current world (McBurney & White, 2010). Most of the materials used in the literature review are published in the 21st century, which makes the information presented in the article up to date. Additionally, the use of recent material makes the article relevant to the 21st century nursing practice. The consistency of the information helps in making informed decisions in evidence-based practice.
The authors made use of a controlled and uncontrolled sample to determine the results of the study. The approach is ideal for the purpose of the study, which is to inform the nursing practice. The methodology presents an ideal approach for analyzing the independent and dependent variables of the study (Padula et al., 2006). However, the sample of the study was too small to generalize the results. The minority groups were over-represented in the study because they were more willing to participate. Therefore, the results of the study do not represent all societies in the world.

The study is quite relevant to the 21st century health industry. As such, the information presented in the article can help nurses and other clinicians to develop ways to mitigate negative health issues associated with heart failure.
