Caresouth Carolina: Mission and Core Values

An organization’s core values are to present the patient with better services and partner with the community. In light of the above, it is arguably correct that Caresouth Carolina serves its clients with utmost professionalism while incorporating other measures such as teamwork and trust to accomplish the mission and vision of the organization to the community and, at the same time, patients. However, I tend to differ with the approach used to create value for Caresouth Carolina because the CEO and the board members were the only individuals included in making these values.

The workers ought to be involved to ensure that their needs are met. According to Samples (2015), this gives workers a chance to deliver to the patients. Having the workers create values for an organization increases the chances of success in the long. It is evident that the mission statement elevates customer satisfaction and, at the same time, works towards customer value. However, these approaches are possible when the workers in an organization are brought on board to form a teamwork that has a shared goal of delivering care and serving the patient with the utmost professionalism (Simmons et al., 2019). Analyzing the mission of Caresouth Carolina, it is accurate to state that it gears toward enhancing the health and well-being of its patients.

The facility’s mission statement emphasizes transition and aligns every member to the value statement, thus posing better strategies for planning and serving the clients. In a nutshell, it is accurate to state that vision. The mission statement works together to provide better services and meet the organization’s goals with ease. In this case, the management of Caresouth Carolina aims to deliver quality services to each patient and ensures that no one goes away unsatisfied.
