In addition, burnt pieces of paper were discovered inside the tray. In the proximity, a box of matches of the same type as the burnt ones was found, together with torn pieces of paper, supposedly prepared for burning.
It is noteworthy that the objects were discovered in the bathroom, with the air system turned on and the window widely open. The evidence was left on the surface of the washing machine, one of the only empty and flat surfaces available. The air surrounding the crime scene smelled of burned wood and paper.
