Our study justifies that grass-fed meat has higher levels of necessary nutrients boosting human health.
Most of the time, people ignore the environmental footprint of their livestock choices. However, this enlightening exploration reveals that animals grazing on pastures improve soil fertility and biodiversity as nature dictates this law of regenerative agriculture (Matsumoto, 2019). Meanwhile, grain-finished livestock incorporates feedlots, contributing to soil degradation in particular areas. Since the health of our planet is as critical as human health, we cannot neglect the harm that grain-finished livestock causes to the environment.
