Recruitment Conditions and Strategies
Recruitment at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is subject to certain conditions. Firstly, this will be done to fill existing vacancies that may appear for various reasons. For example, these are job postings on online platforms like LinkedIn. This may contribute to broader coverage of candidates looking for a job. In addition, for recruitment, CHOP can enter into partnerships with colleges and universities that could recommend graduates for employment in the company.
