Introduction
In the organizational structure of any company, there are main divisions and departments that serve as the basis of its functioning. The marketing unit is the basis of the organization’s interaction with customers and potential buyers. The main task of this branch is to maintain the brand and image of the company by developing promotions and managing long-term relationships with customers. The global goal of a marketing department is to do everything possible for the business to sell goods or services and attract many clients.
Marketing Department
The interest in working in this department is determined by the fact that it is of particular importance to a company. The primary goal of the marketing department is to make a connection between the brand and the customers (Pasha 21). In order to achieve it, various methods are used that are aimed at studying the patterns of behavior of potential buyers. The Human Resource department is less interested to me since their functions involves greater routine and variability of solutions. Definitely, this department is the basis for the functioning of any organization, as it is based on maintaining relationships in the team and recruitment.
However, marketing focuses on greater creativity, which allows the specialist to use the knowledge and experience gained based on various situations. One of the most challenging functions will be planning and launching advertising campaigns. Experience plays an important role in solving this problem, since it is required to make decisions based on the interests and needs of customers, which are difficult to determine. The easiest task will be to collect feedback from the target audience since I have the necessary experience and knowledge in this field. Thus, it is necessary to structure the requirements of customer requests and their needs clearly.
Conclusion
Summing up, it should be noted that all divisions of the company’s organizational structure are of particular importance. However, the marketing department is of greater interest to me as a specialist. Working in it allows interacting with a large number of employees who are working on solving a common task. In addition, marketing implies greater freedom of solutions and their variability, giving a specialist a chance to be creative in solving problems.
