Description of Band
The Bad Plus Live@moers Festival 2017 at Kunsthochschule Für Medien Köln was a memorable performance for all attendees. The trio, including pianist Ethan Iverson, bassist Reid Anderson, and drummer Dave King, is recognized for its distinctive fusion of jazz, rock, and pop elements. Their music features intricate rhythms, unique song arrangements, and a bold attitude towards improvisation. Observing these musicians interact in a complex manner was mesmerizing. The performance concluded with a dramatic increase in intensity as all three musicians united for a last impressive display.
