Training and Development for Employees

The purpose of this proposal is to instruct the employees in order to increase their performance in the organization. There are several delivery methods for development programs, the most popular of which is instructor-led training (Lacerenza et al., 2017). It is best for creating an overall understanding of the raised topic. Technologies present the novel opportunity to use virtual instructor-led training programs, which can be accessed anywhere (Lacerenza et al., 2017). The information can be delivered through real-time presentation videos and documents. Likewise, E-learning provides flexibility where the subjects can learn when it is comfortable for them. Similarly, mobile learning uses short-video tutorials that learners can obtain (Lacerenza et al., 2017). Undoubtedly, the blended delivery method is the most beneficial because of mixing the advantages of all. Finally, the workers are expected to take less time to accomplish specific tasks, thus increasing the efficacy of the working hours (Lacerenza et al., 2017). Hence, the return on investment can be counted from the rise of the company’s income due to improved performance.
