The world is made up of different continents with which numerous countries lie. The earth has different settings that link human nature and existence in it. The physical geographical situation of various parts and regions brings a human understanding. Lands like Canada and United States contribute the natural science learning as part of the exploration. Physiography explains how Canada borders US, making it spacely spaced (Bone, 2018). The area is then less hospitable and builds arguments on the physical geographies. The paper argues that many regions develop fast due to their excellent bases, unlike the less privileged, and the importance of defining these regions.
It is necessary to divide a country into regions because it is a preventive measure against natural disasters. Natural landforms may be unsuitable for settlement because their formation is dangerous due to geographical and earth science processes. The earth molds attractive though destructive features from the crust. These activities result in mountains and valleys, which are not good settlement areas. The earth releases rocks that attract weathering due to climate changes (Bone, 2018). Sediments harden with time to form these rocks and deposit them in the river bases, and other parts settling on rocky areas is very unthoughtful due to the danger that lies during denudation. This process is enough to distinguish a region, therefore, a factor in the locations in Canada.
People settle in human-friendly areas like the cities on plains, hiding the rurals between them. Physiographic regions affect the division of the sites due to geomorphic processes and relief features. History shows that these structures are influential because they occur on the surface of the earth people stay on. Lowland topography has design and age that describe it. Plains are suitable for settlement, while the highlands are always covered with snow during winter. During cold seasons, the regions are unbearable since the area receives extreme weather conditions, and the division provides a home in suitable locations. Some parts enjoy the advantage of the base; for example, fertile highland soils grow vegetables. Positioning lands like Ottawa and a metropolitan area involved natural features like rivers.
Geographically defined areas are the most occupied due to the natural benefits like farming, mining, and fishing. Most of these lands have sea links which also enhances the culture of fisheries. Geographical features are vital due to economic growth from tourism and mining made from the sediments that gather and settle in some places (Bone, 2018). Electricity production improves companies’ development and living standards for the citizens. Islands result from volcanic activities that may afterward become dormant and allow settlement. These places may improve gradually from human influence and territory though some do not change.
Things change when people apply plantations on these geographical areas when the ground is covered and the land is not fully exposed. Rivers improve and contain calm waters due to the plantations made (Bone, 2018). Living in these places improves tourist attraction sites by preserving nature. Traditions lands are the best places for cultural practices and have these highly maintained geographies. People perceive geographical features differently based on the care taken on the land
In conclusion, the geographical division was significant, giving names to royal cities and defining people’s culture. The people played great roles in preserving and enjoying nature through harsh climatic conditions. Just like other countries on earth, ge4ographical activities have an influencing factor based on mass construction, farming, tourism, and mining. Most minerals result from natural science activities and have economic benefits hence the need to take care of them.
