To solve the issue of falling and injuries, a comprehensive approach can be of value, which will be based on taking into account barriers and educating employees of a medical organization.

When implementing any intervention, it is necessary to conduct a study of the facility on which it will be conducted. Therefore, to determine which approaches will be used, work will be carried out with the involvement of a test group. This choice is because, in this way, it is possible to get a picture of how serious falls and injuries are in a healthcare organization. In addition, this aspect will positively influence the identification of policies and their strengths and weaknesses, which may affect the success of the intervention as a whole.
