Introduction
The story of a man is an additional experience for the history of mankind. This statement is rather grave and emphasized when talking about a successful person who left very deep steps afterward and made the followers be inspired with the idea of constant extent of a dream and goals supporting it in the prospects of life reality and communication with other people. Motown Pictures is well-known for the devotion and passionate work of its director in the 1980s Suzanne De Passe. This person represents an entire flow of mental and spiritual strengths implemented in the results of her work while being the principal of Motown Pictures.
Evaluation
Though, this record label ha sits on history which started in the 1960s when the urge of youth for the music of high quality and media on the whole drew to a head with appearance of many artists and bands, such as The Beatles or Elvis Presley. The company from that time came through the evolution of its development until a black woman promoted her skills in administering the affairs of the company.
Her strong position in the company was also emphasized with a desire to maintain equality in race and gender. The first case was apparent due to the person of the principal, but the second was distinctive, for Suzanne chose her vice directors in several types of affairs within women with whom she was cooperating previously for a long period of time, suchlike proved people. They are Suzanne Coston, Chris Clark, Carol Caruso. (HBS-A 4) This team headed by De Passe was successful in finding connections with different representatives of higher recording companies and those from mass media as well. So, the principal of the company was able to put light on company’s activities in a proper way because of their great communicative skills Suzanne.
The most of credibility and acknowledgment needful for any company in the 1980s Suzanne De Passe gained due to several negotiations with current and potential partners. The effect was achieved also due to a correct name for a company as a “music powerhouse.” (HBS-A 5) Provision of growth and variability of main directions on music and film-making factory were personal contributions of Suzanne and her team. Women (Moettes) proved their ability to compete and get to the point of their main destination. Taking into account the fact of the company’s direction, particularly in the black one, De Passe found a solution for further promotion of the label without any shift within the audience of current and potential spectators. She tactically named her talk shows comprising the generality of themes and ideas both for white and black layers of American society. Thus, Nightlife and other long or short programs became widely popular among population of the US.
Conclusion
There were multiple moments of positive and negative moments in the development of Motown Pictures, but with the participation of Suzanne De Passe the challenges for the company looked not so horrible and the period from 1986 till 1993, when Suzanne worked as a principal, was marked as a hilarious epoch fro the Motown’s rise. Knowledge, experience, manner of communication testified to Suzanne’s mobility in doing things right and with positive feedbacks too.
