Interview with the company’s owner is one of the crucial parts that play a significant role in developing a successful website. Owners usually share their ideas and thoughts that should be included on the web page, and their opinion is always a priority. To create a useful website for the Ottawa Wheels organization, a small interview should be conducted with the owner. To make the atmosphere more friendly, open-ended questions can be used. These questions allow respondents to feel free in their speech and do not spend time for preparation. Moreover, people are more open when not forced to give a ready answer from the list (Kurniawan et al., 2018). The major question to the Ottawa Wheel owner can be: ‘what changes would you like to see in your website?’, ‘what pages would you add to the internet page?’.
To ensure that the owner told everything he wanted, the interviewer can ask, ‘would you like to add anything else?’ the interviewee becomes more interested and integrated into the discussion as they are allowed to share any thoughts. Moreover, the last question does not put the respondent in specific borders, and he has a chance to raise diverse topics. Open-ended questions usually do not have word limitations, and while interviewing the owner of Ottawa Wheels, he can spend a lot of time describing his wants and desires. To make sure that nothing from the interview is missed, it is important to make notes and paraphrase the respondent’s sentences. When the interview with open-ended questions is constructed well, and all crucial parts are followed, the creation of the website will become easier, and the owner will be satisfied.
