The study aimed to investigate the likelihood of getting a COVID-19 vaccine on an American adulthood population. It was evident from the responses that hesitancy could threaten the efficiency in many parts of America. Compared to studies on the willingness to receive the COVID-19 vaccines, America stands among the highest countries where most public members are accepted (Khubchandani et al., 2021). The study involved 1789 members where more than halves were likely to get the vaccine.

Study Design: The journal was approved the study of community health having met all the demands. There was consent obtained from the various social media sites where the questionnaires were posted. Participants were first requested to take part in the study on their own free will. A multi-item questionnaire was used, and those who filled it were only allowed to fill it once. A convenience sample approach was used in that partners came from different races, ages, occupations, and relationship statuses. Amid the global pandemic, all those involved were recruited online. A cross sectional approach was used because this was just a single time event where exposure and outcome are determined simultaneously.

Theoretical Framework: The study explored theories and models used by other researchers in investigating vaccine acceptance. This study employed a psychological theoretical framework by asking study participants whether they would get vaccinated. Furthermore, the questionnaire asked them about their chances of infection, making them rethink some of their responses. By framing a study within a clearly defined field, it is easier to make participants aware of assumptions that inform the used approach.

Research paradigm: The study utilized a pragmatic paradigm since facts are already known. The COVID-19 pandemic had affected many people in the world, and results like deaths were evident. Importantly in this approach, the practical results are important in that if anyone fails to take the vaccine, they are risking their wellbeing. In Pragmatic research, paradigm participants have freedom of choice to make their own decisions.

The study investigated COVID vaccine acceptance in members of U.S black and Hispanic communities. The survey was conducted among 1950 adults. The study wanted to compare how different races perceive the vaccine and any difference in the acceptability to take the vaccine. From the study acceptance was based on other factors rather than the race. For instance, there are some Americans who were not ready to take the vaccine as well as Hispanic Americans.

Theoretical Framework: The theoretical framework employed in this research gives the model, which was used to investigate the research topic. The lens used was a social one where it investigated the willingness of people from different races to take the vaccine. Through the use of a social theory, it is easier to analyze a given perspective appropriately. However, most scholarly works do not take particular theoretical approaches because articles are described according to the topic they discuss. However, the article uses social theory to address an important issue influenced by race.

Research Paradigm: The study employed realism in that it assumed there is one complex reality, which means that participants acknowledged the presence of CIOVID but were worried about the consequences of taking the vaccine. Some thought that it could negatively affect them and decided to avoid it. In comparison, others would take the vaccine for the sake of their health. Since the social organization framework used is complex because people have different beliefs. Therefore, researchers need to investigate a given issue from different viewpoints.

Study Design: The study employed an intervention and outcome variable study method. Exposure means refers to the particular risk factor whose effect is being studied. In our case, the risk factor is COVID -19, which has prompted people to take vaccines (Kricorian & Trunel, 2021). The outcome develops as a consequence since those who will take or ignore the vaccine are at risk. However, the exposure method was used because the causative variable was naturally determined since the vaccine was not started specifically for the study.
