Creativity, design, and innovation are closely related to each other, despite the plurality of their definitions and differences in the constituent components. Human creativity is now valued above others since most of the analytical and monotonous work is automated. However, creativity requires some training to know all the rules of the game as a professional and break them talentedly as an artist (van Mulukom, 2018). It precedes design, that is, the planning and technique of developing the product of creativity and an understanding of the general design concepts and the final iteration of the product. It is important to note here that the most successful results are achieved by people who can imagine the process of creating and preparing a product, not just its final version (Nakano & Wechsler, 2018). Design is already a more standardized concept that depends not only on inspiration but also has its own rules and methodology.
Innovation in the global economy means the emergence of a fundamentally new product or significant improvement of an existing one (Innovation Definitions and Fundamentals, n.d.). They, in turn, depend not only on creative approaches and elaborate design but also on government support and economic mechanisms for implementation and implementation. The emergence of innovations on the market is governed by more mundane factors, such as the infusion of funds or market conditions (Innovation Definitions and Fundamentals, n.d.). Introducing the aspect of inspiration in production and the openness of scientific interests were adopted relatively recently but are already bearing fruit. The correct development of creative abilities can lead to inspiration in solving specific problems of the highest minds and even students who get the opportunity to find themselves in the appropriate environment for the development of creativity (Brooks, 2021). It is an undoubted advantage of the current vector of development of both science and society.
State intervention is necessary due to its excellent opportunities for training creative people who directly influence the economy with their ideas. The ability to be creative depends on the environment and the possibility of manifestation. Therefore, more networking, observation, and experimentation opportunities should be integrated into education and working conditions (Naiman, 2014). The well-being of society depends on the economic development of the region, which relies on the level of education and the availability of platforms for the development of ideas. This task is for each person and for the states, in whose interests the development of the world economy.
