Description of RFP Process
First, applicants will be evaluated on a set of basic requirements on a 5 point scale and the basis of an application form with these requirements. The application should include the name, technical description, resume of specialists, and costs. Points 1,2,3 will be of primary importance, as they are the basis of the work (A guide to the project management body of knowledge, 2017). Second, the timeliness of the application and the warrantied timeframe for the work will be necessary. The performance evaluation will give insight into the reliability and accountability of the vendor’s team. The overall performance of the entire supplier will also be analyzed and calculated (A guide to the project management body of knowledge, 2017).
Thirdly, suppliers will offer their solutions to issues, so making a general cross plan will assess how suitable the company’s supplier is (A guide to the project management body of knowledge, 2017). The scoring system for each criterion will allow you to fully evaluate the supplier’s capabilities and compliance with the company’s requirements. Based on the evaluation results of all suppliers, the one that best meets the requirements and whose proposals are in line with the company’s regulations will be selected.
