Introduction

According to the plan, the house should be completely ready at the end of this phase.

Budgeting

The next important step is budgeting while conducting final measurements to determine whether all construction work has been completed correctly. The problem stakeholders face is an inadequate budget (Armenia et al., 2019). If mistakes are made, it is worthwhile to determine how serious they are and whether they can affect the structure’s integrity. This requires testing, which is carried out by the construction foreman together with the chief engineers. Verification activities include conducting fire safety tests, verifying the correct placement of doorways and windows, and correct wiring.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it is worth noting that the implementation of a house construction project has many aspects that must be considered for the project to be completed per the allotted time frame and related rules. The problems encountered throughout the phases of this project include ineffective communication, failure to meet the project’s deadline, and inadequate budget.

Therefore, the project manager must have special skills not only in the field of communication but also in risk management. This is necessary to avoid the impact of harmful external or internal factors that may affect the course of the project. Thus, time management, human resource allocation, and thorough planning are all part of managing a mod creation project.
