I will need cooperation with Daniel from the stage of opening the store and throughout its work. At the first stage, this specialist will be listed as a permanent employee. Then, when it is necessary to correct errors from time to time and upgrade the system, he will perform one-time services for a contractual payment. Daniel’s portfolio of works demonstrates that he is a specialist with extensive experience who faithfully performs his work, so it is worth contacting him. He specializes in working with both Android and iOS, which eliminates the need to hire two technical support staff employees (Kaeed et al., 2021). First of all, Daniel will create software for wearable and mobile digital devices. Then, if customers or employees have problems with the operation of the application, the specialist will solve them.

A specialist in working with clients in messengers will be hired at the very last turn, when the application is developed and launched and deliveries are arranged. This is an important permanent employee who will be needed for the entire cycle of the store’s existence. Mary will take over the remote sales duties. She will identify the needs of the client, on their basis, offer several options from the assortment, then work out objections and enter into a deal. Mary is suitable for this job, as she has a pleasant character: firm, but not too intrusive. She is a polite and pleasant woman who knows how to behave correctly with customers, avoiding conflicts and motivating them to buy my product.

XXX organization’s services will be required from the moment of launch throughout the entire operation of the store. It will provide the store with goods that help meet the needs of consumers. The supplier will work in accordance with the terms of the concluded supply agreement, which is one of the types of purchase and sale agreement. It is this company that has the most acceptable combination of purchase prices for the necessary goods, delivery dates, warranty conditions and payment terms (Hussain & Silpa, 2019). In addition, the XXX organization has one of the widest product ranges. This supplier has a credible website and price list, and managers were willing to contact it. The organization also has all the necessary permits: licenses and certificates. This is a company that manufactures goods, therefore, as direct manufacturers, they have the most favorable prices.

Since the online store gives the customer the opportunity to place an order with delivery, courier services will be required from the moment the application is launched and throughout its operation. It is profitable to hire Greg, since he has a car and there is no need to provide him with official transport. The advantages of this employee are that he knows the city well and so can make the most logical routes. Since a courier with driving skills is required, Greg is preferred because he has more than three years of driving experience (Ihil & Hellya, 2018). These factors will allow the courier to deliver orders on time, and knowledge of the principles of drawing up acts and invoices ensures that he will fill out the documents correctly when working with orders.
