Selected Group and the Portion of the Plan to Implement

The selected group of the study is the Jewish commune located in Miami, Florida. There are several reasons why this cultural community has become the object of the research. Firstly, the number of young Jews living in the community is steadily increasing, which, to some extent, influences urban statistics. Secondly, these people are quite an attractive object of study: they have some specific features and need certain possibilities. Due to some limited resources, the community, despite its growth, experiences particular difficulties in cultural and social development.

Finally, insufficient information about the people of this group has become one of the main reasons for choosing this community. All these residents have different social and cultural backgrounds, beliefs, and values. According to Moore (2013), their history of development was full of difficulties and challenges. Therefore, for a more detailed study of all the features of this community, it is required to develop and implement a specific strategy, according to which it will be possible to provide significant assistance to people of this social group. As a reasonable plan, an educational approach, behavioral changes, and individual care for the most vulnerable members of the community are used.

Health Risk and Expected Results

According to Warsch et al. (2014), stress is one of the principal causes of the most common genetic disorders that these people experience. Also, the implementation of the plan to improve the living conditions of the selected Jewish community’s residents in Miami is associated with additional risks. Among the primary health problems faced by the local people, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, as well as various cardiovascular disorders that also adversely affect the residents’ life deserve particular attention.

Since the selected work plan includes an educational program, the residents of the community can gain additional knowledge about possible problems that they may face. If people can be aware of what threats they can meet, it allows them to monitor their health and seek help timely. Behavioral education can probably contribute to establishing cultural communication in the community, help young people determine their profession and not have any difficulties in the process of adaptation in society.

Peculiarities of the Implementation and Time for Achieving Results

The implementation plan that was thought out initially can be implemented with the help of public funding. One of the critical tasks is to reduce the level of cigarette distribution among the population. If the authorities help to limit tobacco advertising and reduce the level of addiction among young people, the health indicators of the residents are likely to improve over time. Also, the organization of various events for the population to know more about potential problems will help to increase the level of education among the people from the Jewish community and assess the importance of nursing work.

The duration of the plan will be about eight weeks. During this time, it is planned to achieve noticeable results and work both in groups and individually. It is also necessary to ensure that program participants have access to the opportunity to participate in the plan so that everyone could receive appropriate assistance. Activities should be conducted both with young and older people who are also interested in ensuring that their children are healthy and able to adapt successfully to modern life.
