Consequently, the live chat operates twenty-four hours, seven days a week, to answer all questions people might have around the world.

The organization has set its main objectives as without them it is difficult to create a successful future (Schroeder, 2018). The company’s initial objective is to receive the highest percentage of customers’ loyalty, sell services required by potential customers, attract new clients through sales and promotions, and take the highest position in the competition. The secondary objective is to receive the feedback of current clients and create a better environment according to customers’ preferences. Also, by allowing customers to leave their comments, its managers can understand the organization’s benefits and drawbacks.

The website provides potential customers with the ability to overview all types of services. “Ottawa Wheels” site follows all specific rules and terms oriented to creating internet platforms, and it stays competitive and structured to attract customers (Al-Hawari et al., 2021). The home page shows a general piece of information about the company. The navigation panel also includes a service section where people can see all available facilities with photo proofs booked online. The offers and coupons section provides the customer with information about current updates like Black Friday and Christmas discounts. This page usually catches customers’ attention and increases the sales revenue of the company. Online promotions make “Ottawa Wheels” more competitive in the market. Consequently, it increases customers’ loyalty, and more people trust their cars to the specialists of this organization.

One of the most useful sections on the website is called the company’s blog, as customers can find useful information on keeping their cars safe and increasing service life. The main aspects of the future progress in developing the competitive website and general atmosphere of the organization are planning, estimating, protecting, controlling, and understanding deadlines. Each step should be analyzed critically to make the finance side of the business perform successfully. Planning is the first step that includes scheduling, understanding the current changes and innovations, producing daily reports, and creating an environment that encourages workers to make positive changes in the company. The second step estimates current spending and presents all available opportunities where money can be invested. Money spent on the development of the IT industry might generate more profit in the future. The third step protects managers from investing money into unreliable projects. Before deciding finical operations, deep analyses should take place. When money is invested in perspective projects, managers start controlling performance and creating graphs showing increasing or decreasing trends. These actions help to create a better vision of future development. The last step controls all intermediates and sets specific deadlines to perform efficiently.

Approaches to Project Management

Before expanding any business and creating a website, it is important to understand what customers think about the organization and what changes they want to see in the future. Questioners, surveys, and focus groups could be the major approaches to understanding customers’ preferences. The questions should not have many words and do not need to take time to be answered. This strategy will help to build a successful project management plan and establish an effective web page. The internet platform cannot be created in one day, and managers should understand this fact to set a specific deadline and be sure that the site will be built correctly.

IT specialists should cooperate with managers to pay attention to every page and create a high-level interface and navigation. However, unpredictable situations might happen, and any project management plan should have additional plans in case of delays in work or during risk situations. For example, one of the risks that might slow down the working process is a lack of budgeting or bankruptcy. Moreover, untrained staff and high unemployment levels might become the greatest disturbs. Every step of the project management plan should be structured, and future predictions play a significant role in this strategy. The success of the business and its website can be measured by forecasting future changes and analyzing positive changes that might happen. Organized managers usually succeed in their unique projects, and it might be complicated for young leaders to learn this discipline. The first projects might fail, but by spending more time studying and understanding the work of business projects, positive outcomes will influence career performance.

Before choosing needed services, people always read reviews on the internet and try to find companies that provide their customers with high-quality services. Before creating a web page, it is important to conduct primary research about the company and the industry. Weebly is one of the most convenient platforms that help young specialists improve their skills in the IT sphere (Millard, 2021). Understanding the principles of working with this platform might take more than one day, and this aspect should be considered while setting time frames. Without a basic understanding of Weebly construction, it will not be possible to create a useful website.

Before creating the website, it was crucial to communicate with the owner of the company to understand the strength that should appeal to the website and the weaknesses that should not bother customers. John Smith is the owner of “Ottawa Wheels” and is interested in developing a new website that will increase the organization’s profit and reputation. However, it became complicated to find time to conduct a real interview due to inconsistencies in work schedules. However, it is still possible to spend several minutes a day finding useful information that can be included on the web page. Consequently, I managed to combine received information and build a successful design car repair website.

To make the atmosphere during the interview more friendly, open-ended questions were used. These questions allow respondents to feel free in their speech and not spend time for preparation. Open-ended questions usually do not have word limitations, and while interviewing the owner of Ottawa Wheels, he can spend a lot of time describing his wants and desires. To make sure that nothing from the interview is missed, it was crucial to make notes and paraphrase the respondent’s sentences. When the interview with open-ended questions was constructed well, and all specific parts were followed, the creation of the website became easier, and the owner is satisfied with the work.

Intangible costs play a significant part in considering the implementation of new technologies and methods of controlling any organization. The examples of tangible costs do not manifest exact numbers and statistical information, and it usually shows approximate changes which might arise in the future.

Any website’s development requires increased investments that can generate better outcomes and performances by the end of the quarter. Managers need to calculate possible costs and be prepared for critical situations accurately. There could be defined four main types of expenses. Firstly, there might be growth in spending for IT managers who support the stable work of the website. People who work with internet pages spend a lot of time and resources to create a high level of performance, and they need to increase their salaries (Zawadzki, 2016). Secondly, owners have to pay monthly for the website’s positioning on the internet to make sure that every customer can access it. Thirdly, technologies should always be checked for possible issues to prevent breaking. Consequently, managers should take into consideration this type of cost. Lastly, workers should be trained to work with the latest technologies, and a significant part of the budget should be invested in training programs.

Cooperation between the owner and workers should be intensive to understand what benefits might bring changes in the performance. One of the major benefits can be an increased interest in the business and constant visiting to the website and physical store. Also, this can cause increases in the general revenue. When owners pay a lot of attention to the construction of their business, the workers feel safer and more relaxed in their working space. These benefits are the bias for stable and increasing development in the future.

The first page of the website is called “Home,” and customers can see this page first when they enter the site. It gives general information about the internet page and what is the main objective of the organization. Potential customers can clearly understand that “Ottawa Wheels” aims to provide high-quality repair works using the latest technologies. Also, the workers are professional in the wield, and this factor makes clients sure that their cars and wheels will be served well. Moreover, this page states that customers can feel free to contact managers via phone if they are confused with the website, and the employees will always be happy to provide the necessary support.

By creating a website for a real company, I received a variety of skills and useful knowledge which might help me with my future career. Firstly, by completing several tasks and producing website pages in a specific order, I increased my time-management skill. Secondly, because the work consists of different parts that are not usually connected, I managed to understand how to multitask in every work. Also, in the fast-changing world, knowledge in the IT sphere brings many benefits, and this task gave me a piece of understanding of how to cooperate with diverse programs. Lastly, constant brainstorming helped me think and come to wise decisions quicker to critically receive a better outcome.
