Personal Profile Analysis
People develop unique but diverse personalities that dictate they way they pursue their goals and engage others. According to Ahmed et al. (2022), Type A personality defines individuals who are risk-takers, capable of working under pressure, and always willing to focus on goals. They will accommodate others and expect results. Michael’s personality appears to fall under this category. He is energetic, focused, and willing to take risks. He is not easily demoralized but will apply caution when taking risks. People with this personality pursue freedom and work hard to achieve positive results. They focus on the best outcomes and implement proper mechanisms to overcome stress (Farrukh et al., 2018). Most of the attributes of Personality Type A appear to echo most of Michael’s attributes. Those working with him would need to give him some time to analyze the situation and make personal decisions. At times, the individual might even be unable to consider the needs of his colleagues or teammates.
Area of Improvement
The personality type evident from this discussion reveals that Michael has the potential to succeed in his career. He is committed, hardworking, sincere, and conscientious. However, his focus on tasks appears to be affected by his demanding nature. To advance in his entrepreneurial career, Michael needs to address this issue in a timely manner. Being demanding could emerge as a weakness since it triggers unrealistic goals or expectations (Kusumawijaya, 2020). The individual needs to engage others and be in a position to formulate aims that are attainable in nature. The anticipated business venture would only succeed if Michael is able to overcome this personal issue. This demanding attribute goes hand-in-hand with the fact that he remains sensitive. Such aspects could affect his decisions and strategies for pursuing the intended business goals.
Action Items
A self-improvement plan is appropriate and recommendable for Michael if he wants to achieve his business goals. The proposed framework is simple and capable of ensuring that he is no longer demanding. The favorable scenario is that Michael has other strengths that will support his ambitions. The first phase for self-improvement would be to engage in self-evaluation (Ahmed et al., 2022). The personality assessment above will form the basis for the review and guide him to identify the most appropriate action place.
The second step is to capitalize on the strengths outlined above. He will be in a position to identify his demanding aspect as dangerous and capable of disorienting his involvement and the overall realization of goals (Farrukh et al., 2018). The third one would be to define and describe the intended goals. This step will guide Michael to overcome the problem of being too demanding. He will also apply the same strategy to become less sensitive when pursuing a specific project (Kusumawijaya, 2020). This will be followed by prioritization of the attribute. He can achieve this goal by engaging in self-reflection and studying different materials. He will learn how to be contented with little progress. Michael will liaise with managers in different organizations and entrepreneurs who understand that failures might occur in any given business.
The fifth step is to set milestones that are achievable and realistic. For example, he can identify specific short-term projects, engage several team members, and ensure that he does not remain demanding. The final step of the proposed action plan is the ability to review his progress. He will identify how such actions help him develop a superior personality and approach for pursuing entrepreneurial goals (Kusumawijaya, 2020). Michael can, therefore, follow this action plan practically to record improved outcomes.
Cloud Computing
The proposed business venture is only possible if Michael has the relevant resources and information technology (IT) systems. The idea of cloud computing emerges as an appropriate model that can make Michael’s venture successful. This concept allows investors to acquire paid computer systems and resources that support data storage and interactivity (Khan et al., 2021). The business owner will not have to manage such systems, thereby giving his workers more time to manage their clients and deliver timely services.
Michael will be required to pay for cloud computing services instead of investing huge financial resources in hardware, software, servers, or databases. This practice will make it easier for the business to achieve the outlined aims since most of the cloud computing resources available today are superior and capable of delivering desirable experiences to the targeted users (Ahmed et al., 2022). Having considered these issues, it is evident that Michael has the potential to launch his innovate digital-based business venture, attract more possible users, and eventually make money from it. In conclusion, Michael will eventually achieve his personal and professional goals within the stipulated time.
