In order to analyze the principle activities and contributions made by the Sheikh, it is necessary to investigate some important features from his biographical overview. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is considered to be the one of the four sons of the Al Matoum family, who was born in 1949. At the very childhood he experienced private tutoring in Islamic and Arabic studies. So, it should be stressed that his education started from 1955 at Al Ahmedia School. But for Secondary School of Dubai and Al Shaab School, he managed to attend the UK Bell Educational Trust School of English Language. (Sperry, 2005)

The position of Dubai ruler was taken by Sheikh Mohammed in 2006; till this period the sheikh managed to make a profound contribution to financial and economical stabilization of his country. (Easterling, 2005) It is necessary to stress that Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum can be characterized as generous and great-hearted figure in the world history through magnificent charitable donations he made. He is the founder of the greatest world donation, Middle East educational foundation, created in 2007. Sheikh Mohammed provided about $10 billion dollar in order to set this organization; the basic purpose followed by the ruler was aimed at bridging the knowledge gap between the developed world and the Arab region, in order to improve the educational standards in the countries. He has also made a great contribution to the region research through the development of various youth leadership programs which stimulate job creation, as was informed at the Jordan World Economic Forum in 2007.
It is necessary to underline the idea that the success of Dubai development is observed due to effective strategic planning programs created by its ruler; he cleverness and creativeness are effectively combined with clear economic analytical thinking giving an opportunity to stimulate state prosperity. It should be noted that this leader embodies successful and energetic features; the experience has demonstrated that Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s made promises have always been kept. It should be stressed that it is Sheikh Mohammed, who authored the success story of Dubai at a record period putting the UAE on a unique path to prosperous development. The ambitious nature of the leader gives an opportunity to explain his groundbreaking initiatives being rolled out at a very astonishing rate. He managed to witness considerable achievements on the local and regional level; the strategic thinking of the leader left a significant print on the political and economical affairs and deals conducted at the period of his ruling. The analysis of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s features gives an opportunity to make a comparison to own personality; I can definitely stress that my research managed to demonstrate only positive features in Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, being necessary for a true strong leader. I am a leader by nature as well; this feature has been expressed in all spheres of my life, social and educational. If I were a powerful ruler of the country, I would be definitely involved in the charity activities providing aid to the less developing countries. I can surely state that being a leader means to reflect the same qualities as Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has; but to develop them requires certain experience and wisdom which I do not have, but there is always space for development. What is important to stress concerns Sheikh’s ability to resist the whole world in his attempts to make considerable challenges to Asian region, its educational, political and economical systems. (Rossi, 2009)
One of the important characteristics developed by me is considered to be openness; I cannot state that I noticed this very feature in the Sheikh’s activities. I can listen not only to my personal creativeness and conscious, but take into account ideas developed by others. Not that, people have no personal ideas, but they try to consider offers and strategies provided by other specialists and make necessary benefits out of this. I managed to reflect openness in various situations which helps me to establish rapport to my comrades and partners.
Conclusion
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum appeared to be a strong personality in the political and economical history of Dubai and UAE; his ambitions and enthusiasm underline the features of the true leader who put all his efforts to the state development and prosperity of the nation. This figure is characterized as wise, energetic and creative; his character helped him to make considerable achievement having been awaited by the countries of Asia for a long period of time.
The paper demonstrated the idea that my personal characteristics are similar to those of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; lack of experience and wisdom cannot make me a strong leader, though it is a question of time. The research conducted proved that Sheikh Mohammed can be referred to the top outstanding figures in the world history development through his contribution made to national prosperity.
