Introduction
The resort center that Royal Brewing Company chose was Atlantis Paradise Island. It is a water park and a resort that is located in the Bahamas, United States. It was launched in 1998 by the South African hotel. Its conducive serene is characterized by impeccable features like Trump Plaza—comprising Beach and Coral Towers. The meeting will be undertaken in the conference rooms, and guests will be accommodated at the luxurious hotel. The Cove Atlantis is spacious and accommodates a maximum of 600 guests. As 55 executive employees will attend the meeting, selection of the nature of accommodation will be at the management’s discretion. Miscellaneous costs cannot be incurred by the party as the lodging facility is within the meeting place. The two available lodging facilities are the Cove Atlantis and Reef Atlantis, which accommodate 600 and 497 guests respectively. Currently, accommodation that is available in the resort includes the beach tower, which houses Paradise Beach Hotel, and Coral Towers, which houses Britannia Beach Hotel (Prince 62).
Main attractions
As the resort is located in the Bahamas, the climate is that of tropical maritime, and it is conducive throughout the year. It is expected that, in April, the temperature will be between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius. The transportation is by air, and it is a roundtrip—back and forth. Charges are affordable as it costs $26 per round trip for the adults. Air transport will be applicable when accessing recreational facilities and attractions in the resort. There is no need for transportation from the lodging facilities to the meeting place, as they are located in the same region.
Atlantis beach resort is endowed with vital attractions sites. These attractions include aqua venture, the Current, Mayan temple slides, and the Dig. The meeting for Royal Brewing Company is aimed at realizing high revenue for its products. The team will focus on the Mayan temple slides, as it is a unique feature, and interesting. The recreational facilities will minimize boredom, and allow the team to focus on out-of-the-office activities (MobileReference 56).
As there are sufficient rooms in the resort, the team will have no problem holding their meeting. Special amenities available in the rooms include internet facilities that enhance research at an affordable cost, and resort phones installed to make communications cheaper (Prince 89). In addition, the resort has two luxurious restaurants that the committee can have their meal—Starbucks and Johnny Rockets. It is beneficial to the committee as their services can be met in one region.
Conclusion
The hotel contains a large conference center that can accommodate approximately 8,000 guests. The ballroom is 50, 000 sq ft, and accommodates at least 4,000 guests. Within the conference center, there are small rooms that can accommodate a maximum of 170 guests and a minimum of 60 guests. As the executive employees are only 55, the meeting will be held in Atropos as it has a reception of 60 guests (Short 85). The figure is shown below.
