Nowadays, science is developing thanks to scientists and profile specialists rapidly. Amazingly, new treatment methods appear, people know how to defend themselves during the pandemic, and multiple innovations are implemented in ordinary life. Moreover, seismologists learn various reasons for natural disasters, earthquakes, climate change, and other phenomena. Due to the input of scientists, the world is developing; they bring scientific miracles into life. It is interesting to comprehend why scientists continue to research various issues to understand their possible motivations.
Many scientific explorations and important discoveries influenced the world significantly. For instance, Isaac Newton developed a theory of gravity and several approaches to mechanics. Furthermore, Galileo Galilei was a famous physician and proved that the Earth has a round shape. Many scientists of previous centuries had to suffer from their knowledge – they were arrested or even killed. There are many possible reasons for doing so, for instance, the ideology of one mindset. In other words, it was not profitable for some political figures to have innovative and clever people. Indeed, today nobody is killed for their developments; young scientists are encouraged to join conferences, spread their knowledge, and share it with the world.
Many sciences interconnect and create a more extensive system of knowledge. For example, psychology, the science about human behavior, is highly influenced by biology. It was known that many criminals had unique mental processes in their brains, which encouraged them to commit offenses (Stanford, 2011). Today, multiple modern sciences appear to learn about innovative things. One reason for scientists to continue their deal is to develop new types of sciences.
It was interesting to look at the answer of my peer, Lissel, who suggests that scientists are curious people. I think that every science is developing due to the exclusive explorations of scientists and due to their curiosity. However, I can add that scientists have a particular interest in investigations and are more patient than most of us. In addition, they strive to create new sciences and investigate something innovative. Possibly, some people are obsessed with making essential discoveries, and it can be an inborn feature.
