The second part is a personal meeting with the human resources manager, and the third part is with the CEO of the company. The questions discussed at each stage of the interview will be described below.
  • Skills Test: The selected candidates must take an online test that aims to assess their professional skills. The test will consist of two parts. The first part requires choosing the answer to the question. The second part requires writing an extended response to the question about the project manager’s actions in a specific situation. To pass the test, candidates need to complete at least 90% of the tasks correctly. This requirement is relatively high since the company is looking ahead of a large department.
  • Personality test: this test will be aimed at demonstrating the skills of communication with the staff. Two people will be selected from the current employees, and they will be given a critical situation that they will have to describe to their potential manager. The candidates will be evaluated for their ability to communicate with staff and customers, and they will also demonstrate their ability to act in difficult situations.

Interview Questions

Since the interview block consists of three parts, information will be given about the questions of the interview data for each of these parts, respectively:

  • Telephone interview questions: What is your professional experience in this job? Why did you leave your previous job? What were your relationships with management, staff, and customers? Do you have the required skills and qualifications that are described in the job offer?
  • Personal meeting with the human resources manager questions: Tell me about your skills, difficult situations in your previous job, and how you coped with them? Have you taken advanced training and education courses? What are your main personal and professional skills that you could identify and why?
  • Questions from the company’s CEO: How many places of work have you left and for what reasons? What project manager skills do you have, and what situations have they been demonstrated in your previous job? Are you ready to perform a large number of tasks, make quick decisions in a reduced amount of time, and show your initiative in the workplace?

Performance Appraisal

To assess the candidates’ work effectiveness, they must pass an additional test that will follow the interview block, personal qualities test, and skills test. The potential project manager needs to show their skills and knowledge in project management, managing a group of people responsible for the implementation of this project, and showing the ability to evaluate the result of their work and the entire team. They also need to prove themselves in the ability to set goals for future projects.

Such training is conducted to give the future employee an understanding of the company, its goals, and objectives and introduce him to the course of his work and help him adapt as quickly as possible. After two weeks of lectures, the intern will be given tasks, the results of which will be evaluated by the company’s CEO, to make a final employment decision. These tasks will be evaluated during the remaining two weeks.
