An essential part of integrating this method is training, which should include both theory and practice. I support my colleague that seminars and second participation in ongoing learning are necessary. At the same time, in my opinion, emphasis should also be placed on practice so that information is remembered better. It could involve the American Nurses Association (ANA) and the American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses. In addition, several meetings could be held where real cases would be considered, and the nurses would have to prepare and then confront each other in a discussion format with their arguments. In addition, it can harm patient engagement and overall customer service (De Simone et al., 2018). Various tools can be used to prevent turnover; one of the key ones is the method of motivation. However, it is essential to add that tools such as group conferences, anonymous job satisfaction surveys, opportunities for private meetings with supervisors, an adequate schedule would be helpful. It is necessary to provide training for nurses, improve their skills, listen to their requirements and wishes because they are the workers that determine the impression of the services of the medical organization.
