The article is aimed at discussing the activity of several communities in the sphere of the public health system Originally, these organizations provide extensive support for the educational projects, and offer support for similar communities. Originally, the key aspect of the analysis is closely associated with the strategic approaches of the regarded organizations, and, as it is emphasized by Sabol (2002, p. 7):

Recognizing that more comprehensive approaches were needed to solve persistent problems, the Kellogg Foundation inaugurated the use of initiatives in programming. In this approach, multiple projects that have the same broad purpose are solicited and funded. In 1991, the Kellogg Foundation instituted the first multi-year health initiative, Community Partnerships with Health Professions Education, in seven sites across the country.

In the light of this perspective, it should be emphasized that the programming of the community activity is the crucial element for the successful performance, especially if it is related to public health practices. Thus, the traditional approaches of community building are regarded from the perspectives of strategic management, the application of which makes the entire performance more effective and flexible for the changes of the public health environment.

Another aspect of medical cooperation is the arrangement of student exchange programs, as the key values of medical communities are closely associated with the spread of knowledge and Sabol (2002) makes a weak emphasis on this matter. Nevertheless, the necessity to create alliances and communities for improving the research capabilities is of particular importance. From this perspective, it should be emphasized that these are based on the process of finding common benefits and the creation of mutually advantageous cooperation conditions. Consequently, the values of traditional cooperation and standard alliance creation are closely associated with the matters of defining the strategic aims and expectations of the alliance. The aims and achievements of the community or cooperation are generally regarded as the key evaluation factors of the group.

In the light of this perspective, it should be stated that the community is the grouping with particular ties, and the authors pay little attention to the matters of alliance expansion and cooperation termination. Nevertheless, if all the values and rules of cooperation are observed, the cooperation termination will be arranged on a mutually agreed decision, and expansion will be similar to cooperation emerging. And the creation of communities for improving and accelerating the research processes is required for the entire improvement of public health care practices.

Conclusion

Finally, it should be stated that the creation of alliances and arrangement of cooperation strongly depends on the aims and expectations of the cooperators. Consequently, the traditional assessment of the cooperation should be arranged based on the matters of achieved aims and effectiveness of the cooperation.
