In Valorant, each agent is based on a different country or culture, so players assume the role of one of them (Turner, 2021). In the game, players should either attack or defense their teams, whilst each team has five people. Players possess different powers requiring charges and specific ultimate abilities requiring charges from various actions like killing and spiking. Each new game starts with a standard handgun and the ability to make signatures for each person.
The in-game currency is used for the purchase of other weapons and skill charges. Money is awarded according to the statistics in the killing and spiking that a player achieved over the previous rounds. Among the weapons in the game are various gins, machine guns, and different rifles. Players must control both automatic and non-automatic weapons to be able to fire accurately. Each weapon has its own shooting pattern. With the help of various strategies and weapons, players can reach the plant Spike and win their opponents.
