Furthermore, it is very hard for them to concentrate on a certain task for a long time (Rainie, 2014, p. 231). As a result, younger workers cannot complete their tasks on time. They should see that motivation, hard work, and talent are sufficient for success. It is the primary objective that should be attained by modern legislators.
