Evidence-based practice supposes that gathering the most effective ways to manage tasks and avoiding excessive workload in nursing is necessary to avoid harming patients.

Interdisciplinary solutions to nurse burnout and excessive workload problems use Lewin’s change theory and the distribution of responsibilities as the leadership approach.
