Adult education program results in creating the learning institution based on the formulated and effective program plan to equip adults with knowledge. It aims to promote the graduates and bring access to new employment after they have been certified as professionals. This program will allow the students to achieve their desired objectives and ensure that the standards of the curriculum have been achieved. These adult education programs are associated with availing adequate resources that can involve trained and skilled personnel. Before starting a career, the adults will be equipped with prior work experience and will be able to put their classroom experience into practice. Adult education will be featuring the following program objectives:
- To enable the adult students to attain their full potential while nurturing their unique talents. This will help students gain skills and abilities that would be applicable in practice;
- To promote social justice and public literacy through education. Thus, education will be highly achievable as it will have to be administered without discrimination and favor every adult who needs to be equipped with primary education (Daffron et al., 2021). The program aims to enable adults to ensure their literacy;
- To provide learning opportunities for adults to help society find solutions for crises like hunger, pandemics, and poverty. This goal is subjective to empowering the adults with knowledge and skills to apply them in real life and solve societal related issues.
