Centers Health Care’s Organizational Culture and Readiness

Introduction

Qualitative research methods of corporate culture are based on descriptive studies. Vveinhardt (2018) argues that they “are generally appreciated for being explanatory, detailed, and in-depth” (p. 54). They are carried out based on primary data collected by analyzing documents, including observing in-depth interviews. It allows employees to make suggestions for improving the work and resolving internal conflicts. The purpose of this paper is to understand the level of organizational culture of Centers Health Care organization.

Results Organizational Culture Survey

According to the survey, the level of readiness of Centers Health Care can be called high. The employees of this organization feel comfortable working there, and they feel the unity of the team and the care of the managers. Centers Health Care employees are most satisfied with communicating with clients. They argue that organizational culture helps everyone who gets into the company feel comfortable. For this reason, people become relaxed and open.

Analysis of Barriers and Facilitators

The only barrier to the project may be insufficient feedback between company departments. Even working for a long time, employees do not always receive a timely opinion about their performance from leaders. This is one of the aspects that need to be improved for the better operation of the company. Among other shortcomings, employees noted a high level of stress and an unstable schedule. These drawbacks are due to the peculiarities of working with people and the health sector as a whole (Christiansen & Chandan, 2017). To strengthen these spheres, it is necessary, first, to carry out work in the field of HR, and second, to revise the working conditions and, possibly, hire new people to help the current employees.

Clinical Inquiry into Organization

According to the clinical inquiry, Centers Health Care is a stable and quality organization. Its employees note positive aspects much more often than negative ones and feel job satisfaction. The high level of medical services is also notable in this institution. Consequently, there is a high level of the organization readiness for making a case for an evidence-based project. The employees and managers of the company stated that they are ready to help in this project, as they are interested in the development and prosperity of Centers Health Care.
