Changing Internal Atmosphere in Medicine Institutions

These days internal interconnection plays a pivotal role in nursing. The pandemic situation forced people to communicate with the help of different channels, such as social media or internet-calling applications. Moreover, when trying to cope with an unstoppable stream of patients, nurses need help at some moments so that mutual benefit may be reached only when people are settled to behave friendly to each other. To create a positive working atmosphere, it is crucial to implement some necessary rules of inclusive communication, such as “open discussion” and a neutral attitude to constructive criticism.

To start with, there is a great method of developing the qualitative “working atmosphere” in the team—open discussions. The most important impact of them is that all the individuals may examine the most important decisions for the future. The process may be described as gathering the whole staff in one place and providing a qualitative discussion of some specific topic. Every person has a chance to introduce their point of view and support or contradict another person’s opinion. The most important part of this process is to keep watching the process and specify all the important information to implement in future decisions.

Secondly, constructive criticism appreciativeness is one of the most important personal features in every nurse. This is because emotional intellect plays a pivotal role in our life. What is more, this process of receiving some negative feedback on personal work may lead some people to depression, but the main point of this method is to increase the service’s value and time (Reinner, 2016). Subsequently, nurses may begin a physician team education by implementing the strategy of general discussion and achieving 100% of criticism-taking because it will show how they appreciate each other. In addition, nursing team building helps to develop the possibility of settling personal minds as our concentration directly affects other’s players.

Overall, there are two main strategies to increase the company’s internal atmosphere: “open-table” discussion and critical appreciation. These two methods provide a qualitative process for developing the team’s structure. Nurses may teach someone how to be emotionally correct because it affects future life in 99 cases from 100.
