The common reason for the stress while visiting and at work is constant communication or awkwardness during conflicting situations. A lot of discussions occur in various cases during the day, and as a result, there is a slight overload in communication. During a visit to a classmate’s home, I sometimes miss family. I also note discomfort when it seems like I am invading personal space. At work, in turn, fear of making a mistake can cause stress. Moreover, considering the importance of work as a finance source, an additional burden is felt – responsibility for my own well-being. It is also critical to have someone to talk to – parents, a close friend, or a therapist (Cause of Stress). The last method helps to cope with stress if unpleasant feelings arose suddenly – deep and slow breathing (5 Ways to Reduce stress). Thus, it is vital to increase the overall tone and balance work and rest to combat stress.
