Summary
The format of a wedding party is universal, and it is suitable for almost any audience and any number of guests. This is an accessible democratic evening format, where the bride and groom can pay attention to all the guests without forcing them to take action or watch the stage show. However, this new format has specific features and mandatory criteria. The task is to develop the concept of the wedding, its theme, and its program.
Research
A wedding party is essential for the bride, groom, and their guests, so the chosen theme must be universal and appropriate. There are several options for themed wedding decorations in the open air, such as rustic, boho and botanical. All of them have their pros and cons, but most of all, rustic will suit the chosen topic. This will completely harmonize the party and make it organically fit into the natural style (van Kalken, 2019). Figure 1 shows an example of arranging a rustic wedding in the woods.
Planning
Every wedding needs quality planning to ensure everything goes according to a well-thought-out strategy at the party. First, it is essential to determine the location of the ceremony. In this case, as mentioned above, a forest is ideal for a rustic wedding theme. The next step in planning is to create a guest list. All relatives and friends should be invited to the wedding, respectively, clients should make a list and give it to the organizers to organize and count the number of places. After these stages, the wedding budgeting should take place. The schedule of detailed expenses and what they will go for is an important aspect and must be agreed upon with customers. Another essential stage is the preparation of the party program and related events. For a wedding of a specific style, all guests must be appropriately dressed, so a dress code should be agreed upon. These steps will help bring a wedding to life in the most accurate way, as planning helps to clearly outline the main stages.
Designing
The design of the wedding party should be as organic as possible in the chosen concept and consistent with the theme. One of the main aspects of decorating a wedding table and rooms should be a suitable fabric. Given the theme, white lace might be a good option. As shown in Figure 2, it can be patterned and is also perfect for a bride’s wedding dress.
An essential element for decorating a wedding will be decorating the arch for a couple, as well as tables and rooms with flowers. For the chosen theme, flowers in light green and white, such as chrysanthemums, carnations, daffodils, and agapanthus, are best suited. Figure 3 shows an example of how a wedding arch can be decorated using the above flowers. The same minimalist natural style is suitable for decorating tables.
Coordinating
Wedding coordination is a set of services to free the newlyweds, their parents, and friends from solving technical and organizational issues on the wedding day. In addition, it is vital to solve unforeseen difficult situations at a party. To do this, a wedding coordinator must be appointed to monitor and manage the entire process (Mariana et al., 2021). This person will have to schedule the wedding day programs based on the client’s information. In addition, their duties include monitoring all contractors and performing their work the day before the wedding and on her day.
Evaluation
Summing up, it should be said that holding and organizing a wedding is an integral part of marriage. The developed wedding design suggests holding it not in a traditional format but in the open air in the forest in a rustic theme. This approach provides a lot of pleasant emotions for guests and newlyweds. Organizational issues involve the decision and planning of all critical wedding moments and the control of events on the day of the celebration.
