In the long history of the United States, there have been many various presidents. Each of them left a tremendous effect on the development of the economy. The 45th president won the elections despite the vast range of factors against him. Undoubtedly, the characteristics of the strong leader had significantly contributed to his success. The qualities that make Donald Trump the best president are confidence, negotiating skills, and clear priorities.
First, Donald Trump firmly believes in the correctness of his principles. His confidence is radiating to the audience, and it makes them trust him too. Even though he was accused of being racist and nationalist, he still shows resilience and support for the nation. In his latest speech, he has expressed authority, which stimulates increasing in the level of trust in him (“Donald Trump repeats vow”). As people are generally driven to those who speak assuredly, he shows the most reliable quality of being the best leader.
Second, the negotiating skills of this president are somewhat different from the other orators. Some opponents claim him to be too vulgar, but there is another meaning in his speaking style. His points are seldom ambiguous, which makes people confident in him (Rudden and Brandt 44). In addition to that, he can understand the complex deals of economics and industry, helping him assess the risks. Therefore, the electors and general population trusted him because of his concise manner to deliver plans and ambitions.
Third, Trump is a great leader, thanks to his clearly and firmly set priorities. In the present atmosphere of ambiguity, the president can explicitly manifest his political direction and convince the population in his ground position (McAdams). As a result, people feel the security and confidence in their rights under his leadership, as they definitely know that their leader will do his best to defend their position.
To conclude, three named qualities are vital to being the best president. Confident people can lead after them, as they are sharing their feeling certain for the future. Excellent negotiating skills can convince and support people to work for the common good and increase performance. Last but not least, clarity of the government plans increases the level of trust, helping to organize the business and plans according to the circumstances.
