Under the conditions of progressive changes in production and information technologies, the widespread use in the practice of the achievements of science, and positive accumulated experience, tangible assets form only a visible, reasonably small part of the assets of enterprises. The main resources for development are increasingly becoming people and the knowledge they possess, intellectual capital, and the growing professional competence of personnel. Increasingly, there is a realization that a significant part of the change in management is predetermined by the movement from the past, oriented toward the capital, future, and knowledge. Knowledge management will allow systematizing work with intellectual assets and accumulated experience in the organization.

Knowledge management is the process of collecting, creating, organizing, and sharing knowledge. The most important factors that are considered are the human assets that the company owns (Abualoush et al., 2018). People have different talents and abilities; however, using this asset requires strategic management and operation. In addition to using the knowledge and experience that employees have, it is necessary to use the available information to grow and develop the knowledge and expertise of employees.

Apple’s knowledge Management is a discipline that allows to improve the company’s ability to solve problems better. They evolve and adapt in order to meet transforming business needs and survive disruptive change (Abualoush et al., 2018). Apple comprehends that knowledge management consists of the people who work in the company and the processes, information systems, and procedures that govern their work (Apple Lifecycle Management, 2020). The management ensured that it had an orchestral team on its staff, which is very interested in fulfilling its duties conscientiously. The company’s knowledge management strategy has enabled it to innovate and invent new goods and differentiate its products.
