It helps people deal with stress and become more resilient by bringing their attention to the here and now and teaching them to accept themselves without judgment (Paratiet al., 2021). Individuals can control their stress-related physiological responses, such as heart rate variability and muscular tension, using real-time biofeedback. A person’s blood pressure may gradually drop if they learn to control certain physiological responses, leading to greater relaxation and less stress. Aerobic exercise has several benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, reduced stress, and increased relaxation.

Thus, hypertension is a major problem in public health that affects cardiovascular health and people’s general health in many ways. To lessen the impact of hypertension on people’s lives and healthcare systems, it is essential to address the disease’s most visible symptoms, learn about the latest statistics and inequalities, put preventative measures in place, and investigate stress management programs supported by scientific evidence. A future with significantly decreased hypertension-related morbidity and mortality and better, more meaningful lives for individuals is within reach if we take a comprehensive strategy that includes healthcare interventions, stress reduction strategies, and lifestyle changes.
