In addition, students from other countries will have a chance to study, as many schools consider online attendance a full-fledged study (Elmira et al., 2022). In this case, innovative technologies can provide institutes and schools with programs where one can run subtitles for lecture material.

For hard-of-hearing and deaf people, this is the best way to get data on an equal footing with other students. In addition, these tools help people focus more on the material. Some learn better through auditory perception, while others need textual representation.

New trends in the potential application of modern technologies include other ways to improve the perception of information. This includes virtual reality, which has begun to gain popularity in recent years. Students of the 21st century are aimed at obtaining information, including through technological experience (Jawthari & Stoffa, 2022).

At this stage, virtual reality allows one to plunge into a given scenario. Thus, medical students will be able to look at the operation of the operating room from the inside. People studying in different specialties will have the opportunity to visit the atmosphere in which they will work without leaving the university’s walls.

With the introduction of technology in the learning process, there is an acute question about technological devices that can help improve communication in social agencies and educational institutions. These methods allow one to quickly share information and necessary news with students and teachers (Uspabayeva et al., 2022). Thus, it is important to identify methods that can contribute to solving the problem. Ways to improve may include mobile applications created for a social agency and educational institution, text alerts on a laptop and phone, an organization’s website, or social media.

The mobile application is a tool created for the institute and meets the need for fast communication. Students and teachers can create personal accounts, pass authorization, and participate in the life of an educational institution (Elmira et al., 2022). They will receive notifications and learn about the need for any action in real-time. As for text alerts, this is a mailing list via SMS, with the help of which people learn about the latest news.

The organization’s website is user-friendly and combines the necessary updates and data. Thus, students can use it as a platform for correspondence with teachers, and the administration of the institute is allowed to download important updates. However, one of the most effective methods is still social networks (Uspabayeva et al., 2022). Since modern people are immersed in online life, they can skip mailings through messages. At the same time, media posts are bright and visible, which obliges one to get crucial information in a timely manner.

Implications, Challenges, and Barriers

However, it is necessary to consider the fact that when introducing a large number of technologies, an organization may encounter obstacles and difficulties. This is primarily due to the budget that the organization can spend on technical equipment. Such a process is expensive and possibly beyond the institution’s finances. In addition, the introduction of modern devices will require training teachers on how to use them and apply them in classrooms (Rysbayeva et al., 2022). Modern professors constantly use gadgets in their practice, but mastering the use of virtual reality and other programs can take time.

Finally, the transition to a more modern and technological process means demands from students and colleagues to meet this. Such a way means that they will be forced to buy more powerful laptops or tablets for personal use (Rysbayeva et al., 2022). Otherwise, the organization must look for ways to provide them with devices based on the number of people.

First of all, it is costly both for the institution itself and for everyone else. Secondly, it is vital to allocate more rooms that are equipped with everything you need. The consequence of this could be a budget deficit that would affect other areas of teaching.

In conclusion, it should be said that in modern education, the use of innovative technologies is one of the main points. Various methods are used for this, including video communication and virtual reality. In addition, there are many ways to improve communication within an organization. In this way, social networks and mobile applications increase the awareness of teachers and students. However, it should be understood that the introduction of new paths is costly for the budget and may require a significant amount of time.
