Unemployment and poor economic conditions are common in the developing world (“Open Mobile Moves its PR” 11). This situation explains why many graduates in these countries are looking for jobs elsewhere. According to the article, many countries in the developing world will continue providing these services to different foreign companies. This timely article also increases my knowledge about the issues encountered by every developed nation.

I have also understood why many companies continue to outsource their services. The approach ensures such companies offer the best services to their customers. The practice is also making it easier for firms to address every economic issue affecting them. The economics associated with offshoring and outsourcing will continue to dictate the future of these call centers. Readers should consider the issues addressed in this article in order to engage in profitable business practices.
