Thus, educators should be completely committed to passing their knowledge to younger generations to equip them with the necessary skills for caring for others.
Inclusive education and such educational programs as No Child Left Behind, as well as the focus on teachers’ training, can be seen as modern manifestations of Heidegger’s ideas of caring. People’s commitment to their professional field is one of the ways to care for each other and promote such values as

John Dewey
Dewey promoted the idea that reflection is an important instrument educators and learners use to “make meaning of experiences and ideas” (Hora & Smolarek, 2018, p. 4). This concept is also the ground for the idea that data-based decisions are not made by data but by people interpreting data.
The promotion of reflective practice in education is one of the areas where Dewey’s ideas are used. Educators’ reflections turn into concepts, frameworks, techniques, and philosophies that improve the quality of education.

Albert Bandura
The social learning theory developed by Albert Bandura provided the background for further exploration of ethical leadership in education as the concept of learning by observation and imitation is closely related to the essence of learning (Sağnak, 2017). Based on Bandura’s theory, Brown and colleagues introduced the idea of ethical leadership that encompassed leaders’ integrity and their focus on ethical conduct.
Modern educators try to be ethical leaders to form the corresponding values in their students as teachers display adherence to common ethical norms in diverse situations that occur in the educational environment. In that way, teachers expose students to particular patterns of ethical behavior that can be utilized in different settings.

Howard Gardner
Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligence based on the assumption that people learn in different dimensions provides the background for educators’ professional development that implies effective problem solving, caring, and constant improvement (Picciano, 2017). Educators use and target (their own and their students’) multiple intelligence to build on the existing knowledge and skill and help students progress academically.
The learner-centered approach is closely connected with the concepts of multiple intelligence theory as educators try to address the needs of every student and help them realize their potential to the fullest. Teachers refer to all spheres of people’s lives and consider the diverse psychological peculiarities of their students to make sure that learners are able to process data and develop the necessary skills.
