This advantage has made it possible for growing companies with limited finance for marketing to advertise their services and products effectively. Companies with the tremendous financial ability also use this social site as it is efficient hence saving from the high cost of advertising using other platforms (Cohen 1709). In addition, the Facebook page enables businesses to make their details public, including name, address, contact information, and a brief explanation of their products and services (Cohen 1709). Facebook users access this message and create interest in the companies’ operation.

Additionally, businesses use Facebook in communication with current and capable consumers by sending and receiving texts and sharing information that relates to the industry, which is helpful to other users. These activities improve the company’s believability and improve business by creating a long-term connection with Facebook users. For example, customers can post questions relating to sales on the business Facebook wall, and companies’ staff respond to them (Cohen 1709). This performance is mostly most effective compared to the team receiving calls and enables other consumers to access frequently asked questions and the responses without approaching the company individually. All these activities have improved companies’ operations and led to efficient marketing of products and services to reach millions of consumers.

How Twitter has Improved Marketing Operations in Business

Twitter is another great social network site that businesses use to advertise their products and services. This platform has many advantages that help in business operation and can complement other social media networks. It involves keeping the company’s followers on Twitter with updated information about the business (Aswani et al. 515). Tweeting about new products or special offers can attract business followers to seek more potentially resulting sales (Aswani et al. 515). This site also enables organizations to improve their image, as sharing about brand personality offers customers a feeling of the particular company.

Businesses use this platform to communicate with their customers on the internet. Many American companies apply social media, including Twitter, to encourage online responses about their goods and services (Bossetta 471). This message is vital for companies that need to grow and customers researching their shopping. For twitter-thrifty consumers, inquiring and accessing services through this platform is very convenient. Large telecommunication companies have invested in this medium by providing full-time replies to questions from customers (Aswani et al. 515). These practices have improved companies’ operations and increased sales, hence more profits attained.

Social networks have improved companies’ operations and resulted in increased sales and profits. Businesses can reach many customers and clients when advertising products and services at an affordable cost. These platforms enable small and medium enterprises with less financial capability to market the products efficiently and build their reputation. Customers can ask questions about exciting products and get an immediate response from the respective companies. These social networks have made a positive impact on business operations in the United States and globally.
