Healthy Environment
A healthy environment refers to creating a blissful environment involving culture, occupational safety, and a pragmatic lifestyle for employees. Supervisors appraising and providing positive feedback to the employees instills motivation. The physical environment should be safe and free from environmental hazards that may cause harm to employees. Strategies like ensuring naked wires are covered, and repairing cracked ceilings, among others, should be instituted to allow employees to work in a safe environment. Health organizations should take care of their employees by reviewing their salaries and assuring them remunerations (Meinert et al., 2018). Help employees focus on practices that are healthy and discourage habits that will be detrimental to their health.
A healthy environment enhances wellness as employees are advised to exercise before the start of their routine. Doing so does not encourage healthy living and gives employees intermingle and improved communication skills, which are fundamental. A healthy diet is practiced, which enhances a happy feeling, being ferocious, and having a sober mood, thus achieving the organization’s ultimate goal (Meinert et al., 2018). Job satisfaction is achieved as the employees are paid well and assured of remuneration. Effective communication among employees and their supervisors enhances understanding and prevents gaps in the organization.

Research in recent times suggests that technology has played a significant role in providing changes in the healthcare system. There has been an improvement in patients’ care efficiency, and healthcare providers use computers in storing and computing data of patients with ease. Data regarding laboratory tests and results are entered into the health software system and sent to various departments, making the care of patients safe. Such healthcare organizations as the center for disease control and prevention (CDC) can research and classify various illnesses based on causative agents, clinical presentation, and medical management to health databases. Another area of change is improved accessibility and effective treatment of patients (Mertin et al., 2018). Overall, health information technology has given rise to more research opportunities, which allows connoisseurs in the medical field to explore treatment regimens with better efficacy.
