The audience for the report includes the software technicians who manage and operate the nursing program at Lone Star College. At the same time, the website’s audience includes students who want to pursue higher levels of education and major in nursing, particularly high school and diploma students and those who are already enrolled in different educational initiatives. In the Technical Communication book, Markel & Michael state that “the audience examination translates to thinking about who is your audience, their knowledge about the subject, and how they deploy the presented database” (90). Therefore, audiences must be given all crucial databases to enroll in the department or find information regarding the school division.
