Wellness Coach Health Practitioner Business Plan

Introduction

The Wellness Coach Health Practitioner (WCHP) project is a business plan that implies providing the combined services of a wellness coach and a health practitioner to customers, thus increasing quality and leading to higher customer satisfaction rates. The project is fraught with several challenges, yet it is likely to have a vastly positive effect on customers’ well-being and attract a large number of people given the high level of concern for health issues.

Key Considerations

The project admittedly has several flaws, the issue of brand name recognition being the key one. Even with the availability of modern media and social networks, making WCHP well-known among community members will require a significant effort (Turner, 2016; Barrett, 2018). Moreover, there is a need to introduce multidisciplinary cooperation to cater to the needs of diverse clients, which is going to be a challenge. However, there are also numerous advantages to the project, including opportunities for increasing community wellness rates and introducing people to the idea of maintaining good health (Berthold, 2016; Anttiroiko, 2018).

When combined, the perspectives of a coach and a healthcare practitioner create a strong potential for a rise in community health rates. Furthermore, the described disadvantages can be managed by utilizing several marketing tools and creating a memorable brand image.

Conclusion

Although the project has its disadvantages, the lack of representation in the target setting, and the need for multidisciplinary cooperation being the key ones, it is expected that WCHP will become a success. The clever use of the available resources focus on community wellness, and the increase in the levels of well-being among its residents justifies the existence of the project and makes it worth minor expenses that may emerge in the process of its implementation. Therefore, WCHP should be an important step in improving the quality of community members’ lives and addressing the existing public health issues.
