Introduction
Artificial Intelligence has become a part of the ordinary life of a human in the 21st century. People buy smart houses, cars that drive on their own, and computers that can solve some problems faster than a person. It is claimed that AI has affected many spheres, including the working process. The purpose of this paper is to describe the impact of this technology on the job and its results.
Main body
AI is extremely significant for international companies where distinct information has to be analyzed. First of all, it makes the data collection easier and more efficient (Franken & Wattenberg, 2019). What is more, it is useful when the customer service needs to be individualized. For example, the Coca-Cola Company, with the aid of AI, recommends a client the drink that is most suitable for them according to their previous orders (Marr, 2017). It is also necessary to mention that the application of advanced technologies has a beneficial effect on the brand and perception of the company (Stobart, 2016). It becomes more respected both by the partners and consumers.
The introduction of this technology impacts people not only on the level of multinational organizations but also on the level of ordinary workers. Nowadays, AI can do the job that was done by the employee for decades. For example, it can invent new tastes for food and drinks and make them by itself (Purdy, 2017). This situation causes an increase in unemployment, especially in the industrial sectors.
The application of AI is now only in the first stage of its development. Researchers put forward the idea that the peak will be reached in 2040-2050 (Boobier, 2018). However, even nowadays, this technology already has a more significant effect than the previous industrial revolution (Dignum, 2017). The work becomes automatized, the processes are controlled by the machine, and the data is collected by the computer.
Conclusion
Artificial Intelligence makes the life of people more comfortable, pleasant, and enjoyable. Nonetheless, the introduction of this technology has its negative consequences like unemployment-raising because the computer is replacing people. At the same time, it provides many opportunities for the development of new technologies, making the industrial sphere more efficient and client-oriented and inventing innovative ways to organize the working process.
